- A two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University’s Academy for International and Area Studies in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Five to six Academy Scholars are selected each year for two-year assignments that come with a $75,000 stipend each year and must be fulfilled within a three-year time frame.
- Two-year appointments as residents for the scholars who made the short list.
