- The candidate’s business must be at least two years established; • The business must have at least one full-time employee in addition to the candidate; and • The applicant is fully dedicated to operating their business.
- Applicants should not be receiving official coaching/mentoring support at the time of application; if they are applying for additional fellowships during the 2022 fellowship cycle, please include this in your application.
- The candidate must hold decision-making authority.
- The applicant should be under 40 years old, but if not, he or she should be able to exhibit coachability and a willingness to learn.
