Postdoctoral Position in Germany at IGZ 2023

Postdoctoral Position in Germany at IGZ 2023 is open now. The Leibniz-Institute of Vegetable and Ornamental Crops (IGZ), located near Potsdam/Berlin, is dedicated to advancing research in horticulture, as well as related plant, environmental, and social sciences. IGZ is a proud member of the Leibniz Association (WGL). We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Postdoctoral Researcher (any gender) to join our team in the field of plant heat stress adaptation, with reference number 25/2023/1.

In this role, you will become a valuable part of our “Stress and Developmental Integration” research group. Our primary focus is unraveling the molecular mechanisms responsible for how plants adapt to recurring temperature stresses during their growth and development. This knowledge will play a crucial role in our mission to contribute to the development of climate-resilient crops.

Work Visa Opportunity in Malaysia 2024

At IGZ, we are committed to conducting strategic and international research aimed at sustainable vegetable production and utilization. Our work not only contributes to food security but also enhances human well-being while preserving natural resources. IGZ fosters collaboration among researchers from diverse fields, both nationally and internationally, through core-funded and grant-funded projects.
