- Must be enrolled in a PhD program at a Commonwealth country’s university by September 2024.
- Applicant must be a citizen of a Commonwealth country.
- Supportive details from professors of both universities confirming the candidate’s eligibility are necessary.
- British-protected persons and refugees with status in an eligible Commonwealth country can apply.
- A connection between the host university and a UK university is required.

Benefits of Fully Funded Commonwealth Scholarship in UK 2024
- Scholars will receive a monthly stipend of £1,347.
- A study travel grant will be provided.
- For widowed, divorced, or single parents, the first child allowance of £576.61, and the second and third child allowance of £143 per month will be given.
- Warm clothing allowance will be given where applicable.
