The eight-week program, running from December 26, 2024, to February 21, 2025, offers talented individuals the chance to develop cutting-edge machine-learning solutions for visual data.
The internship is open to non-KAIST students, including international students not enrolled in any Korean institutions. Selected interns will work on-site in the lab, requiring physical presence throughout the 57-day duration. This hands-on experience aims to identify and nurture undergraduate talent in the field of visual AI.

Responsibilities of Paid Internship in South Korea 2025
- Experience in developing deep learning techniques is required.
- Physical presence at KAIST is mandatory during the internship (Dec 26, 2024 – Feb 21, 2025).
- Internship location is KAIST, N1 Bldg, Rm 622, 291 Daehak-ro, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, Korea 34141.
- Candidates who have taken “Diffusion Models and Their Applications” and/or “Machine Learning for 3D Data” courses are preferred.
- Possibility of extending the internship for the following semester.
- Remote work option available for extended internship period.
