Eligibility Criteria for Funded Fellowship in France by MOPGA 2025
- Must have obtained PhD between December 2019 and December 2024 (inclusive).
- Currently pursuing PhD cannot apply.
- Applicants must not hold French citizenship.
- The MOPGA Fellowship is open to nationals of all countries except France.
- There are no nationality restrictions.
- 60 fellowships will be awarded.
- Must be an early-career researcher with a doctoral degree for less than 5 years.
