Fully Funded Fellowship in Taiwan by MOFA 2024 is open now. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the MOFA Taiwan Fellowship 2025. This fully funded fellowship is designed for international researchers, including professors, post-doctoral researchers, doctoral candidates, and doctoral students, to conduct research at universities or academic institutions in Taiwan. The research focus areas include Taiwan, cross-strait relations, the Asia-Pacific region, and Sinology (Chinese studies).
Since its inception, the fellowship has supported over 1,400 researchers from 93 countries. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will cover the cost of round-trip airfare, provide a heavy monthly stipend, and offer accident and medical insurance. The fellowship duration ranges from 3 to 12 months, starting in January 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for international researchers to explore Taiwan’s academic landscape and contribute to meaningful research projects.
